It happened on the 2400 block of North 19th Street around 9 p.m.
Police say they found a 14-year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound to the foot.
Another 14-year-old girl was injured after being cut by glass during the shooting.
Both teens were hospitalized and are listed in stable condition.
Philadelphia police officers are investigating a shooting that left two teens injured on March 8, 2021.
Action News was there as police scattered dozens of evidence markers near a cordoned-off area of the block.
Investigators are still searching for the gunman.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) Two deadly shootings and an attempted carjacking are among the latest incidents under investigation by Philadelphia police on Sunday night.
Police say around 7:08 p.m., an 18-year-old man died after being shot in the chest on the 1800 block of Sullis Street. No arrests have been made at this time.
Around 5:17 p.m., police say a woman was shot in the city s Olney section. She was found shot multiple times across her body. She was rushed to an area hospital where she later died.
It s still unclear where the woman was shot in Olney, but officers held two crime scenes in connection with the shooting: one on the 5300 block of North 5th Street and another on the 400 block of West Fisher Street.
The shooting occurred around midnight Sunday on the 2000 block of Kennedy Street.
Police said was the victim was walking along the block when another man, armed with a gun, approached him and demanded money.
When the 20-year-old tried to run away, police said the suspect shot him.
The victim was struck twice, in the hip and leg, but managed to make his way to a nearby Exxon gas station at Harbison and Torresdale avenues where he called for help.
He was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
Investigators found numerous shell casings on Kennedy Street.
Anyone with information on the shooter should call police.

The daytime shooting took place near a SEPTA train station. Seven of the victims, one aged 17, are said to be in stable condition. But a 71-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot multiple times in both legs and in the stomach, authorities said.
