About Jerry

A story from the website told by his brother, David Tomasso: My favorite childhood story about Jerry involved the family station wagon. With our parents away on vacation, Jerry at age 14 decided it would be a good time to take the car for a quick drive. He drew a mustache on his face, grabbed my Dad’s rain hat and coat, put a phonebook on the front seat and concocted a way to push down on the gas and brake pedals. It was the perfect set up to drive our family car down to the local schoolyard. What could possibly go wrong? Some how, some way he made it back without crashing. Who would have thought that someday this kid would grow up to be a responsible adult, much less a New Jersey State Trooper?

New Partner Spotlight: Wishcamper Development Partners
Justin Metcalf, president of Wishcamper Development Partners, was at a crossroads in his career when he realized an opportunity to expand and improve the affordable housing stock in Oregon.
The Montana native has worked in housing for his entire career and he and his former business partner grew a small company into a national presence. When his business partner decided to pursue a different direction in 2018, Metcalf re-evaluated what he wanted for his personal and professional life.
“It was good timing because I had a 1 year old and flying all over the country was very time consuming,” said Metcalf, now the father of two young children and 45 years old.
