Public safety agencies, municipalities, utility companies and local residents are preparing for the potential impacts of Hurricane Elsa.Florida Power & LightFlorida Power & Light leaders say they’re keeping a close eye on the track of the storm and they’re ready to shift their workers and vehicles to whichever parts of Florida are expected to get hit the hardest.“FPL will be ready. We train for storms year-round.
