Jordan Earwaker has been jailed after burgling a pizza restaurant in Cambridge.

A man who climbed through the window of a pizza restaurant soon after being caught on CCTV trying to open its front door has been jailed.
CCTV operators spotted Jordan Earwaker and Jade Trickett trying to open the front door of a restaurant in Market Square, Cambridge, in the early hours of Thursday morning.
They went on to peer through the windows of a pizza restaurant in Market Hill before Earwaker climbed in through a window and handed Trickett a till drawer.
The surveillance team contacted police and kept tabs on their whereabouts until they were caught.

A Cambridgeshire police officer is in a serious condition in hospital after being assaulted on Monday afternoon, February 8.

A police officer is in a serious condition in hospital after being assaulted on Monday afternoon, February 8.
The officer, who is in his 20s and a response officer in the north of the county, was conducting a welfare check at a property in Ledbury Road, Peterborough at about 5pm when he was assaulted.
He was taken to Addenbrooke s Hospital in Cambridge where he remains in a serious but stable condition.
Joshua Gull, 27, of Herne Road, Oundle, has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent in connection with the incident.
