PD: Man shot and killed during house party near 28th St and Greenway Rd James Egbert - ABC15 and last updated 2020-12-14 09:37:31-05 PHOENIX — A man was shot and killed Saturday during a house party near 28th Street and Greenway Road, according to Phoenix Police Department officials. Officers were called to a home for reports of shots fired around 2:30 a.m. When they arrived they found a man inside a residence with a gunshot wound. The victim was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to Phoenix Police Sergeant Mercedes Fortune. Police said the victim was identified as 25-year-old Tayvione Smith.
