An Aliquippa man has been sentenced to just over five years in prison for possession of cocaine, a gun and ammunition. Antoine Cummings, 37, was sentenced to five years and three months in prison following his conviction on narcotics trafficking and possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon, Acting United States Attorney Stephen R. Kaufman announced Thursday. Senior United States District Judge Nora Barry Fischer imposed the sentence in federal court. Law enforcement officers seized about 51 grams of powdered cocaine, a loaded Smith and Wesson .40-caliber pistol, ammunition and over $5,800 when the Beaver County Drug Task Force and Aliquippa Police Department searched Cummings’s apartment in September 2019.
