ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., March 16, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Twistle today announced that Care New England Health System (CNE) in Rhode Island is actively using its technology platform to support patient engagement initiatives, including vaccine administration.
To support a multiple-location vaccination effort, CNE implemented Twistle to invite patients to schedule a vaccination appointment. Twistle s text-based platform allows them to target individual patients effectively within widely varying patient populations, not just those highly active on email or those that are in hospital, or of any one demographic. The CNE team was able to significantly augment outreach efforts and use response data to identify patients who truly needed to be contacted directly.
