A man has died after the car he was in drove off a boat ramp and into an estuary.
The car, described as a red Mitsubishi, sank to the bottom of the lake near the ramp in Lions Park, Woy Woy on New South Wales Central Coast about midday on Friday.
Witnesses dived into the water in an attempt to save the man but were unable to stop the car from sinking.
