As she drove along the gravel section of the road, the owner encouraged her to rapidly accelerate to skid the wheels. While doing so, Maxwell lost control of the car and collided with a roadside bank, causing the ute to tip on to its side. The crash was discovered by a passing police patrol, the summary said. Maxwell returned to the scene and admitted drinking. An evidential breath test returned a positive result of 398 micrograms of alcohol per litre of breath. The legal adult limit is 250 micrograms per litre of breath. However, was on a zero alcohol licence. A New Plymouth woman stole $1800 using her mother s cashflow card.
A woman who used her mother s cashflow card three times to steal $1800 from her account has caused regrettable consequences for her family, a judge said. Breanna Rose Wilson was sentenced in New Plymouth District Court on Wednesday for using a document for pecuniary advantage. The court heard that Wilson, who is 28 years old and about 29 weeks’ pregnant, had permission to use the card to buy grocery and household items on her mother s behalf, but not for personal gain. At 11.55pm on July 1, 2020, Wilson withdrew $800 from a BNZ ATM on Devon St East.
