MARSHFIELD, WI (WSAU) Police in Marshfield are investigating the theft of a collection box and donations from Sacred Heart Catholic Church on East 11th Street.
Officers say the suspect came into the Church building through an unlocked door and spent about four minutes wandering before finding a metal collection dropbox. The footage then shows the suspect ripping one of the boxes off the wall and leaving the building.
The suspect was described as wearing all black including gloves, a hood, and a face mask. He also wore a dark jacket that had reflective lining on the sleeves and back.
