After weeks of looking for clues, Carillo thinks Bolivar struggled with her faith and may have wanted to get away. Noemi had some very serious inner struggles, and the struggles had to do with her belief and the acceptance of her belief in her church, Carrillo said. Police released a surveillance photo showing Bolivar getting on a bus in the 7000 block of Sheridan Street on the day she disappeared. She also sent a picture to a friend that day from the Anne Kolb Nature Center.

Her friends said they were devastated to learn that firefighters found her on Sunday in the trunk of her burning car in Broward County. Guillaume, 25, knew her killer well, and he is armed and dangerous, several of her friends said on Tuesday. Hollywood Police Department officers have not released the identities of the victim or of the suspect. On Wednesday afternoon, flowers, balloons, teddy bears, and candles to honor Guillaume and her unborn baby remained at the crime scene in the alley behind Speedy Distribution at 2342 Thomas St., in Hollywood.

Flaherty, 55, was the youngest of nine siblings and his sister Maureen Anderson is the eldest. The coronavirus pandemic prevented them from seeing each other. “If he walked into a crowded room it became a party because he was there,” Anderson said. “He was kind of the light of the family. He was one of the funniest people you would ever meet and could make anybody smile.”
