Man, 37, held teen girl against her will and raped her, authorities say

A Walker County man is being held on $250,000 cash bond after authorities say he raped and kidnapped a teen girl.
Danie Demarise Carlock, 37, is charged with first-degree rape, first-degree kidnapping, electronic solicitation of a child and first-degree sexual abuse. He was taken into custody Friday by the Walker County sheriff’s Investigations Division and SWAT team.
Authorities said the investigation began in November when sex crimes Investigator Bryant Parkhurst was assigned to an Internet Crimes Against Children case by the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s task force.
