Massive North Austin mixed-use project roots near new Apple campus 7700 Parmer is already home to big-name tech companies. Northwest Austin’s booming tech corridor is about to grow even more. A 129-acre office campus adjacent to Apple’s $1 billion office campus, currently under construction on West Parmer Lane, plans to add 800,000 square feet of office space, along with 1,800 apartments, 80,000 square feet of retail, and a 340-room hotel. The existing office campus, called 7700 Parmer, is currently occupied by A-list tech tenants such as PayPal, eBay, Electronic Arts, and Polycom. Amenities include a 540-seat food hall, a daycare center, a preschool, a fitness center, an outdoor running trail, indoor volleyball courts, and outdoor basketball courts.
