Florida A&M University expects to announce early next week its spring graduation plans as the school weighs its options.
Tallahassee Community College, meantime, will celebrate its graduates in a virtual format, like last spring’s ceremony that earned it accolades from the Association of Florida Colleges.
At Florida State University, President John Thrasher previously announced the university would hold 11 in-person ceremonies over a two-week period in April at the Tucker Center.
“Florida A&M University is evaluating a variety of options, a press release said. Those options include virtual, in-person and drive-through, with possible indoor and outdoor ceremonies. We expect to make a final decision soon, it added. We recognize that Commencement is an important celebration in the life of our community.
