Long-time staff member Joanna Bertucci, Operations Manager, will be leaving the Library to become the Director of Park Ridge Public Library. Joanna has been vital to the Library s success during her 14-year tenure and her departure will leave some big shoes to fill. Joanna joined RFPL in 2007 as a circulation clerk, while attending Dominican University where she completed her Masters of Library and Information Science. After graduating, she held several positions, including technical services librarian, assistant to the director, and most recently operations manager. She also acted as interim co-director after former Director Sue Quinn s departure.
