Photo by supplied Article content Premier Jason Kenney’s office is defending photos that show the premier and senior cabinet ministers sitting on a patio at the Federal Building, saying they’re not in violation of COVID-19 gathering rules. Photos obtained by Postmedia show Kenney, Health Minister Tyler Shandro, Environment and Parks Minister Jason Nixon, Finance Minister Travis Toews and at least two others eating on the patio of the offices commonly known as the Sky Palace on Tuesday. Two people who appear to be servers are also pictured not wearing masks.
