Recycler PreZero buys California bag maker Roplast

German recycling firm PreZero is buying California film and bag maker Roplast. Robots are used for separating PET trays, HDPE packaging and drink cartons at a recycling plant it operates in Belgium.
Recycler PreZero US Inc. is buying California-based film and bag maker Roplast Industries Inc., an acquisition it said will help it supply recycled-content packaging and vertically integrate into product manufacturing.
The March 1 announcement from Los Angeles-based PreZero comes after the company said in 2020 it was spending $100 million to build or upgrade recycling facilities in Jurupa Valley, Calif., and Westminster, S.C.
Norwegian Aqua Culture Specialist takes over workboat 4 weeks before schedules delivery
Aqua Culture specialist Aqua Kompetanse AS in Flatanger, Norway, have taken delivery of a new ProZero 15m FR Workboat. Despite the challenges of CoVid-19, the boat was delivered four weeks prior to contractual delivery schedule. The boat was delivered by ProZero International, through their Norwegian subsidiary ProZero Norway.
ProZero International has delivered the ProZero 15m FR Workboat though the Norwegian subsidiary ProZero Norway AS, where managing Director Kjetil Nygaard have been a key resource in developing the workboats specification in close collaboration with the client Akva Kompetanse AS, who is a leading inspection company with-in the Aqua culture business in Norway.
