One of three men facing first-degree murder charges in the 2018 slaying of a Eureka Springs man remained in jail in Harrison on Monday, despite recently having his bond significantly reduced.

Charles Ky Hanna, 32, of Berryville is being held in the Boone County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond. His bond originally was set at $1 million after his first judicial appearance before Carroll County District Judge Dale Ramsey on Feb. 8, but Carroll County Circuit Judge Scott Jackson issued an order April 23 to reduce the bond.
Deputies from the Carroll County Sheriffs Office found Alvards body inside his home near Eureka Springs on Feb. 8, 2018, after Alvards mother discovered that the door to the residence had been kicked in and there was a large amount of blood on the front porch, according to a probable-cause affidavit written by special agent Dale Bailey of the Arkansas State Police.

BURLINGTON, Ky. (FOX19) - Police arrested a 34-year-old man on Friday, charging him with the rape of a juvenile in Boone County.
Justin Radcliff has been charged with one count of rape - victim under 12 years of age.
According to the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, they received a report which alleged sexual contact between Radcliff and an 11-year-old.
They said he admitted to the allegation and tried to convince the victim not to tell anyone.

( Burlington, Ky ) - The Boone County Sheriff s office says they arrested 34 year-old Justin Radcliff of Burlington last Friday. He is charged with the rape of an 11 year old child.
According to the Sheriff s Office, Radcliff knows the victim and allegedly tried to convince the child not to tell anyone about it.
A spokesman for the Sheriff says they have a strong belief that Justin Radcliff could have victimized others.
Radcliff has been charged with one count of Rape 1st degree, a Class A Felony. He s currently being held in the Boone County Detention Center on $500,000 bond.
