The incident occurred shortly after 2 p.m. Wednesday in Audubon at TEAM Industries, according to the Becker County Sheriff s Office. Joseph M. Boyle, 43, was near the rear of a parked Northern Metal Recycling semitrailer truck whose hydraulic bed extension was resting against an overhead electrical power line, the Sheriff s Office said.
