Officials said 53-year-old Todd Owen Hafer was found dead in the residence in the 2000 block of Chittim Trail Drive, though no cause of death has been listed. The second person, a 49-year-old woman, has not been identified. San Antonio police were called to the home Tuesday at around 4 p.m. after a family friend requested a welfare check on the couple. He had spoken to the couple two or three days prior but hadn t heard from them since.
