Bedford Board of Trustees gives Mulch King June deadline
The owner of a Temperance-based business locked in a yearslong dispute with Bedford Township officials must appear before the township’s Board of Zoning Appeals next month or risk having his business shut down.
In a 5-2 vote during Tuesday’s remote meeting, Bedford’s board of trustees agreed that Andrew Nycz, owner of The Mulch King composting facility, must appear before the BZA at its June 7 meeting so that the group can review changes to his business’ site plan and determine whether or not they will approve zoning variances to make those changes legal under township ordinance.
