In the last six days, fuel prices have gone up by ₹ 1.8 per litre and ₹ 1.88 per litre for petrol and diesel respectively. With the continuous revision in fuel rates, petrol prices on Sunday breached ₹ 95-mark and diesel too surpassed ₹ 86-mark in Mumbai. Customers in Mumbai will now have to pay ₹ 95.21 per litre for one-litre petrol and for diesel they will have to shell out ₹ 86.06 for a litre. The fuel rates have been hiked for the sixth straight day which came into effect from 6 am today.
The retail price of petrol in Kolkata went up by 28 paise to ₹ 90.01 per litre from ₹ 89.73 per litre and diesel retails at ₹ 82.65 per litre. In Chennai and Bengaluru, petrol retailed at ₹ 90.96 and ₹ 91.70 respectively. On the other hand, diesel retailed at ₹ 84.16 in Chennai and ₹ 83.81 in Bengaluru.

Petrol, Diesel Prices Today: Petrol and diesel prices touched all-time highs across the four metros on Saturday, February 13, after oil marketing companies increased the rates by almost 30-35 paise for the fifth straight day. In Delhi, the price of petrol was hiked by 30 paise from Rs 88.14 to Rs 88.44, and diesel was increased by 35 paise from Rs 77.38 per litre to Rs 78.74 per litre, according to Indian Oil Corporation, the country s largest fuel retailer. Meanwhile, in Mumbai, the revised petrol and diesel rates stood at Rs 94.93 per litre and Rs 85.70 per litre respectively. C
