Loanie Cellard also posted a new No. 1 in the 3000 race walk, while the Tech triple jump squad had exceptional performances this weekend as they now own the No. 2, No. 4, and No. 5 rankings.
Concordia (Neb.) continues to hold down the No. 2 ranking as junior

Indiana Tech remains the top-ranked team for the second week in a row. The Warriors posted an impressive 11 top-10 marks just over the weekend. Tech was led by senior Sha’londa Terry who had two nationally ranked top-5 times, coming in at 7.60 in the 60 (No. 2) and 25.04 in the 200 (No. 4). Senior Mary Leighton, senior Doneasha Brewer, junior Destiny Copeland and senior Nekeima Obike also had top-five marks in their respective event over the weekend. The Warriors continue to have multiple athletes ranked inside the top-10 in the 60, 200, 400, 60H, long jump, triple jump and the pentathlon.
Concordia (Neb.) held steady at No. 2. The Bulldog DMR squad led the way over the weekend with a new No. 1 ranking (12:32.60), while sophomore Josie Puelz comes in this week with new No. 1 ranking in the pole vault clearing 4.01m (13-1 ¾). Indiana Tech headlines the first National TFRI of the season. The Warriors have combined for 26 national top-10 marks. Five athletes have national leading marks in their respective events:
Loanie Cellard in the 3000 race walk (15:12.10),
Kylin Nichols in the 60H (8.73),
Erica Zayarath in the high jump (1.68m/5-6),
Carlie Turner in the long jump (5.95m/16-6¼) and
Renique Smith in the pentathlon (3350).
Concordia (Neb.) will start the season at No. 2 for the third straight year. The Bulldogs have compiled 23 top-10 nationally ranked marks, including the No. 1 mark in the pole vault by
Josie Puelz (3.85/12-7½). The Bulldogs also boast multiple athletes ranked in the top-10 in the 400, 600, pole vault, long jump, shot put, weight throw and pentathlon.
