WWE SmackDown: Sami Zayn Spoofed The Slammy Awards And It Ended Badly
Sami Zayn spoofed WWE s Slammy Awards on Friday night during SmackDown, presenting what he called the Sami Awards. It started out with Sami presenting a video montage talking about the trials and tribulations of 2002, which focused entirely on himself. As you d expect, all of the awards were slated to go to himself, but earlier in the night, Big E was shown messing with the envelopes backstage and laughing to himself.
Zayn came out to the top of the stage in the ThunderDome during hour number two to start the awards, and the first Sami Award was for Comeback of the Year. Zayn mentioned both Edge and Roman Reigns having great comebacks. However, he added that My name is probably in contention. Indeed, as you d expect, Zayn presented the award to himself.
WWE TLC 2020 Betting Odds Released

WWE presents their yearly TLC event this Sunday night on the WWE Network. The final show of 2020 features two big WWE Universal Championship and WWE Championship matches that are sure to excel in the ring, as well as a decent (albeit brief) under card. While the eventual results of the two big matches on the card seem somewhat predictable, the undercard is harder to predict.
The updated betting lines for the show have been released by the folks over at BetOnline, who kindly sent them in to ComicBook. These odds are sometimes indicative of the likely results at the shows.
WWE TLC s Randy Orton vs. Bray Wyatt Match Gets a Wild Stipulation
The Randy Orton vs. The Fiend Bray Wyatt has been on the card for WWE s
TLC pay-per-view for a couple of weeks, but WWE decided to add an extra wrinkle to the match on Thursday morning. The two will compete in the first-ever Firefly Inferno Match, which traces back to Orton s decision to burn down Sister Abigail s compound back in 2017. The Viper attempted to set Wyatt on fire during this week s Raw by trapping him inside of a wooden box, but The Fiend popped out of the box and locked the Mandible Claw onto Orton s jaw.

Fastlane 2017. In August of the previous year he was anointed by Triple H as the next Universal Champion when The Game betrayed Seth Rollins during a four-way bout and essentially handed Owens the victory. At the time this was a perfect fit for the heelish, cowardly Owens, who then used his friendship with Chris Jericho to help him repeatedly retain against the likes of Rollins and Roman Reigns. His six-month reign was then brought to a grinding halt when Goldberg beat him in mere seconds.
Lana Injury Update Following Removal From WWE TLC
TLC this Sunday following the latest attack from Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. Lana was supposed to challenge for the WWE Women s Tag Team Championships alongside Asuka, but the champs took out their frustrations on The Ravishing Russian after she beat Jax with a surprise roll-up.
PWInsider is now reporting that Lana will be off television for roughly 3-4 weeks, though the extent of her injury (if there actually is one, this could all be for storyline purposes) is unknown. She s been silent on social media since the attack.
