Mass COVID-19 vaccination clinic opens at Reser Stadium Evan Schreiber
The gates of Reser Stadium will be open for a mass coronavirus vaccination clinic on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 26 and 27.
Benton County health officials partnered with Oregon State University and Samaritan Health Services to offer vaccinations by appointment only. Individuals in groups 1-4 of Oregon Health Authority’s Phase 1a are currently eligible for vaccination at these clinics, county officials said, until supply and availability lasts. All vaccination planning and distribution depend on the availability of the vaccine, county officials explained.

CORVALLIS, Ore. Reser Stadium held the first of three mass vaccination clinics on Tuesday for qualifying individuals in phase 1A. The CDC defines this group as high-risk workers and first responders. But officials said that those with intellectual and developmental disabilities were also prioritized.
There were 360 appointments with individuals from Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties on Tuesday. There are another 500 appointments set for Wednesday and 1,050 for Thursday. A total of 500 vaccinations on Thursday are set aside for educators. All doses are from Moderna.
