A man was injured in a wreck a mile south of the Crofton exit on Pennyrile Parkway Wednesday night.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a man was southbound when his truck was hit by a second truck that was behind him.
The first truck reportedly had no working taillights.
The driver of the first truck was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what deputies say are non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened just after 11 pm.
A Clarksville woman was injured in a single-vehicle collision on the Pennyrile Parkway Wednesday in Christian County.
According to the collision report from the Christian County Sheriff’s Department, a vehicle driven by Brittany Wahl of Clarksville was heading south in the left lane around the 5 mile marker. She was reportedly trying to pass a semi-truck and it was raining heavily at the time her vehicle began to hydroplane and she overcorrected, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway.
It entered the median and the overturned, rolling before coming to a stop upright in the northbound left lane.
Wahl was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of head injuries. She was wearing a seat belt.
A woman was injured when her SUV ran off the road on Pennyrile Parkway Wednesday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say Brittany Wahl was southbound when she lost control of her SUV while passing another vehicle.
The SUV ran off the road and into the median causing it to overturn before coming to a rest in the northbound lanes of traffic.
Wahl was taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for what deputies say are non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened just before 3 p.m. near the Lover’s Lane exit.
