The Pennyrile District Health Department announced Wednesday ten COVID-related deaths confirmed by the state health board. The district reported four deaths from Trigg County, including a 63-year-old female who passed away December 27, while an 83-year-old and a 97-year-old female, and an 86-year-old male, all passed away in January. In addition, three of the confirmed COVID-related deaths were in Caldwell County and included two 87-year old females and an 88-year old female, who all passed away in December. Elsewhere in the district, one was in Lyon County, and two COVID-related deaths were in Livingston County. The district also reported four new COVID-19 cases Wednesday that included a 59-year-old male recovering at home in Trigg County.
