Johnson & Johnson seeks emergency use of COVID-19 vaccine developed with Beth Israel Jonathan Saltzman © Provided by The Boston Globe Although it did not appear to perform as well as the two-shot vaccines, Johnson & Johnson’s product was highly protective against the worst cases of COVID-19. What s worse, there s no cure for these intense headaches, and the effectiveness of migraine treatment can be iffy and a bit arbitrary, depending on the person.
