A funeral service for Lorraine June Jackson, 94, of Sedalia, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, May 27, at Bethel United Methodist Church, 22150 Smelser Road, Hughesville. A meal will be served by the Church immediately following the funeral, after which burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, May 26, at Heckart Funeral Home.
A visitation for Ruth Marie Barbour, 80, of Tipton, will be held from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 27, at Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton. The visitation will conclude with a prayer service at 7 p.m. Burial will be at a later date in St. Andrew’s Cemetery.

First Congregational Church at 316 N. 6th Street. Services are today at 10:30am with a 9am Sunday School. (Fellowship at 10am)
Obituaries » Frederick N. Baker Jr. Frederick N. Baker Jr., 92, of Warrenton, passed away Sunday May 2, 2021, surrounded by his loving family at home.
Frederick served in the U.S. Navy from 1953 until 1957 on the
USS Midway during the Korean War. After receiving an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy, Frederick worked as a Communications Specialist with the Federal Government until he retired.
He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Doloris of New Baltimore, and his daughter Cynthia J. Baker of Linden.
The family will receive friends Thursday May 6, at Bethel United Methodist Church near Warrenton from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by the funeral service. Burial will follow in Bright View Cemetery near Warrenton.
