A person or persons was at the restaurant while infectious April 26, 27, and 30 as well as May 1st through the 9th. Individuals who were at this location during the specified dates must immediately self-isolate for 14 days following the date of exposure. Call HealthLine 811, your physician or nurse practitioner if you develop symptoms; you may develop symptoms from two to 14 days following exposure to the virus that causes COVID-19.   SASKATOON New cases of COVID-19 have been identified at three Saskatoon schools, according to Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools (GSCS). On Sunday, the Saskatchewan Health Authority informed the school division of two positive cases in individuals at Pope John Paul II School, one case at Bishop Klein School and one case at Bethlehem Catholic High School, GSCS said in a news release. The cases at Pope John Paull II are being investigated as variants of concern, GSCS said. The affected classes and cohorts will switch to online learning, according to the school division. Share:

On Sunday the school division was notified by the Saskatchewan Health Authority of positive COVID-19 cases in an individual at each of the following: Pope John Paul II School had two cases, there was also a case each at Bishop Klein School and Bethlehem Catholic High School. The cases at Pope John Paul II are being investigated as variant of concern COVID-19 cases are also under investigation at St. Augustine School in Humboldt and two cases at E.D. Feehan Catholic High School. It is recommended close contacts get tested and all cohorts and classes switch to online learning today.

Possible COVID-19 Variant case detected at Saskatoon high school

  SASKATOON A COVID-19 case at Bethlehem Catholic High School in Saskatoon is being investigated as a Variant of Concern, according to Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools (GSCS). The school division said it was notified about the case on Wednesday and is working to notify parents and caregivers. GSCS said affected classes and cohorts will switch to online learning. This is the second Variant of Concern case being investigated at the school – the first possible variant case  was reported Sunday  by the school division. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) recommends all close contacts get tested. Risk of exposure for anyone not considered a close contact is low, the release said.
