LOCK HAVEN First Citizens Community Bank recently made a $2,000 donation to the Keystone Central Foundation through Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit Program (EITC).
Funds donated through this program allow local businesses to take advantage of significant tax savings while providing unique educational opportunities for KCSD students.
