Pennsylvania hasn t increased its minimum wage in 15 years. It stands at $7.25 an hour, which is lower than neighboring states. Democrats on Friday issued a new call to raise the minimum wage. Tom Wolf said.Wolf and Democrats are backing a bill that hikes the minimum wage to $12 an hour and has a pathway to move that rate to $15 an hour.
