Updated: 6:55 PM EST Feb 13, 2021 In response to winter weather and icy conditions through much of the state, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission have implemented restrictions on trucks and other vehicles on certain roadways around the state. The restrictions will begin at noon Saturday and remain in place until conditions warrant their removal. A note found in Rebecca Landrith’s pocket tipped investigators off to the suspect, Tracy Rollins Jr., 28, an over-the-road truck driver, charged with criminal homicide and abuse of corpse, in Landrith s death, Philly Voice reported Thursday.
A Texas truck driver has been arrested in the brutal slaying of a former fashion model who was discovered along a Pennsylvania highway on Wednesday, according to police.
The body of 47-year-old Rebecca Landrith, of Alexandria, Virginia, was found by a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation employee on the side of a ramp of I-80 in western Union County early Sunday, the Philly Voice reported. She had gunshot wounds to her head, neck, throat, chest and hand. The Union County Coroner Dominick Adamo ruled her death a homicide, Philly Voice reported.
