CONCORD, NH The death of a Penacook woman found inside her apartment on Monday is not believed to be suspicious, according to Concord police.
At around 10:30 a.m., officers were sent to the Penwood Apartment complex on Penwood Drive for a check the welfare call about a missing woman who no one had heard from or seen in months, according to dispatch. The woman had not paid her rent in two months, had not moved her vehicle from the complex, and did not answer her apartment door or phone calls, and the building manager requested assistance.
