Mad Mex, the regional restaurant with 12 locations in the Pittsburgh region, will be selling its signature Gobbleritos on Tuesday.
The Gobblerito is among the biggest burritos crafted at Mad Mex, the flagship of Big Burrito Restaurant Group, and it’s billed as a Thanksgiving dinner stuffed into a burrito.
The recipe includes house-roasted turkey, creamy black bean mashed potatoes, bread stuffing and buttery corn wrapped in a flour tortilla and covered with gravy. A cup of cranberry sauce completes the dish, which is an autumnal tradition in these parts.

He s worried about his employees. I feel horrible for our bartenders and servers, said Bogacz, owner of Caliente Pizza and Draft House locations in Bloomfield, Aspinwall, Monroeville, Hampton and Mt. Lebanon. They were counting on tips for Christmas, Bogacz said. That s how they make their living, that s how they survive.it s not just the financial aspect, it s the mental anguish as well.
