The United States is finally seeing a major downward trend after one of the worst coronavirus outbreaks in the world, with more than 33.1 million cases and 590,320 deaths as of May 25, 2021, according to Johns Hopkins University. As cases decline and the vaccine rollout continues, travelers are seeing a measure of hope for soon getting back to exploring the world.

Royal Caribbean will be sailing from new homeports this summer outside the United States, but in order to get there, you will need to complete a health visa.
In addition to having a passport, the government of these countries where Royal Caribbean s ships are sailing from requires international visitors provide a health visa that proves they do not have Covid-19.
Getting a health visa is a mere formality, but it is an additional step that never existed before in the repertoire of cruisers.
In each case, expect to incur a little bit of time and money to get it all done right before your sailing.

Bermuda has ordered a Stay At Home order from 5 a.m Tuesday April 13 to April 20 due to a surge in Covid-19 cases, primarily due to the U.K. variant, according to Premier David Burt.
Essential businesses, such as grocery stores, pharmacies and Covid testing and vaccine centers, will remain open.
Guests at Bermuda hotels and resorts will not be permitted to leave the properties but can move about the premises. Masks and social distancing are required. Golf courses will suspend play during the order, according to a spokesperson for the Hamilton Princess and Beach Club, a Fairmont-managed hotel.
