盧秀燕視察太平產業園區 德明路拓寬成焦點 - 生活

台中市長盧秀燕今天視察「太平產業園區」，並與廠商面對面座談。工業區首重交通，但園區內德明路拓寬卻出現爭議路段，剩餘約100公尺用地未能取得，議員李麗華、德隆里長吳燕明說地主開天價不給通，導致車禍頻頻，永隆里長張立緯則說地主有意願要談，是價錢問題，還有廠商願意捐錢徵地，成為會中討論焦點。盧秀燕指出，後疫情時代拚經濟，除了本地內需旺盛外，回台投資的台商也很多，依據經濟部「投資台灣三大方案」資料顯示，台中市招商成績六都第一名，新登記工廠家數也穩坐六都第一。
