Des Moines Register The raft carrying Michael Jaramillo when an accident on Adventureland Park s Raging River ride fatally injured him July 3 temporarily had been pulled from service earlier in the day because of a deflated air bladder, according to public records obtained by the Des Moines Register.  It was one of several rafts that had been taken out of service because the bladders that keep them afloat had deflated, state amusement ride safety investigators said in a previously unreleased report. The report also shows that the raft was repaired and put back into service at 5:45 p.m., about 1 hour and 45 minutes before the 7:30 p.m. accident.
