Parc Jean-Drapeau will no longer be able to have late-night festivals at the park in 2021. The city of St Lambert came to an agreement.The agreement stipulates that from May 1 to the first Monday in September of each year, there may not be more than 19 days reserved for holding major events, including a maximum of 15 days between July 1 and the first Monday in September. The following will be considered major events: ‘77 Montreal shows, Heavy MTL, Osheaga, Lasso, and IleSoniq, as well as any other events attended by more than 20,000 spectators.
