BUCYRUS - As Crawford County Public Health continues its efforts to vaccinate residents against COVID-19, its board took time to honor Crawford County Emergency Management Agency as its 2020 Public Health Partner of the Year.
Jette Cander, who was named EMA director in October, attended the board s February meeting to accept the award, according to a health department news release.
Kate Siefert, health commissioner, said that while people and organizations all across the community supported her department throughout the pandemic, EMA s assistance was critical. BUCYRUS The Crawford County Emergency Management Agency (EMA) has been awarded the 2020 Public Health Partner of the Year award by the Crawford County Board of Health.
The board met on Feb. 24 and proudly issued the award to Jette Cander, Crawford County EMA Director.
Crawford County Health Commissioner Kate Siefert shared with the Board of Health the involvement Crawford County EMA has had during the COVID-19 pandemic.
