RESIDENTS in certain areas of Worcester will now be able to visit the city s first pop up vaccine centre for their first Covid jab. Public Health in Worcestershire, together with NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Clinical Commissioning Group and Worcester City Council are working to help people in parts of Worcester get their first vaccination where they haven’t been able to already. Dr Kathryn Cobain, Director of Public Health for Worcestershire said: Across Worcestershire vaccine take up has been really good and we are so grateful to everyone who has come forward so far. We do know there are some areas where take up is lower, meaning pockets of people who will be more vulnerable to COVID-19.
