Hywel Dda asking people to get in touch for second vaccine appointments Hywel Dda University Health Board is asking anyone who received a first Pfizer vaccine at one of its mass vaccination centres in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion or Pembrokeshire more than 21 days ago to get in touch if they have not received a second vaccine appointment. If it has been more than 21 days since your first Pfizer vaccine please email COVIDenquiries.hdd@wales.nhs.uk with the subject title “Second Pfizer dose request” with your full name, date of first vaccine and a contact phone number to book your appointment. All mass vaccination centres in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire will provide the Moderna, Pfizer BioNtech and Oxford AstraZeneca vaccines. Please attend your appointment as planned as your clinic will have the appropriate vaccine for your age. If you have an appointment at the Picton Centre in Haverfordwest on Saturday, May 8 and haven’t been contacted by the health board, please call the number on your appointment letter or text as soon as possible so a new appointment can be given to you.
