Shane Boyns, of Toltuff Road, Penzance appeared before Cornwall Magistrates Court where he was handed the order that will now be in place until February 22, 2023. The order places a number of conditions on the 32-year-old. Breaching any of these conditions is an arrestable offence punishable with a fine, six months imprisonment or both. The conditions are that he must not: Swear, shout, use offensive, abusive words, threatening language which causes or is likely to cause anyone nuisance, annoyance, alarm or may cause them to fear for their safety.
