This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Beck breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care when he:
1) breached S189 of the Insolvency Act 1986 by failing to pay statutory interest on creditor claims in at least two Members Voluntary Liquidation (MVL) estates.
