Manama, Apr. 12 (BNA): The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani received today Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Royal Highness Prince Sultan bin Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
They reviewed deep-rooted fraternal relations between both countries and means of enhancing them. They also discussed the outcomes of the Political Coordination Committee emanating from the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council which was held in the Kingdom of Bahrain last week. They also reviewed the latest regional developments and coordination regarding them.
The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of Regional and GCC Affairs, Waheed Mubarak Sayyar, and Deputy Ambassador Mr. Saleh Alotaibi.

Bahrain’s Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa stressed on Tuesday that relations with Saudi Arabia are based on solid foundations that have been strengthened with the bonds of fraternity that they share on various levels.
The security of Saudi Arabia and Bahrain are indivisible, he said during a meeting in Manama with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah.
Manama and Riyadh share common goals in confronting different challenges and maintaining cooperation in deterring terrorism, he added.

RIYADH: The EU’s envoy for Ethiopia has emphasized the importance of international cooperation to bring the conflict in the Tigray region to an end.
In a wide-ranging interview with Arab News in Riyadh on Sunday, Pekka Haavisto, Finland’s foreign minister, said it is important that the EU works with Saudi Arabia, given that the Kingdom has “good relations with all parties in the whole of Africa.”
