Stuff under the Official Information Act reveal policy ideas put to Wood last year on how to put those emissions in check. The briefings were to update Wood on the Transport Emissions Action Plan (TEAP) – due to be released on Friday – which is meant to respond to the need for transport emissions to play a part in the Government’s response to the Climate Change Commission’s emissions budgets. The TEAP as it stood last year took a very different approach to the commission, whose draft advice was only published earlier this year.
