Preparing for WinterFest in downtown Stroudsburg

Ice sculptures will be on display Saturday morning. It s all part of the borough s annual WinterFest. The weather is going to be really, really nice, so we are looking forward to having the sculptures up for longer than just a few hours. All the businesses are getting little lights to put in their ice sculpture at night so if people can t come out for WinterFest, they can come and drive through the town later at night and see the sculptures because they will be lit up really nice, said Brianna Strunk, Pocono Mountains Visitors Bureau.
But she knew Grace still had to deal with school. So what did she do?
She booked time at the Woolverton Inn, a cozy bed and breakfast in Stockton, Hunterdon County. They jumped in the car and soon arrived at their destination ready for four days of work, school, hiking, sightseeing, shopping and relaxation.

“The kids have been locked in the house since March,” said DeJohn, who lives in Montgomery Township, Somerset County. “They’re losing out on all the social aspects of being in school and a lot of the fun parts of it. I was just trying to put some fun back in.
