Heroin and cocaine in 1 pocket, switchblade in the other, cops say; man 38, charged

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Police allege they recovered drugs and a switchblade from a man arrested in his home community of Clifton.
Dwayne Thompson, 38, of Kimberly Lane, was apprehended at Vanderbilt Avenue and Park Hill Lane on Friday at about 6:50 p.m., according to the criminal complaint.
Police found glassine envelopes of heroin and cocaine in his front right pocket and a switchblade was confiscated from his left front pocket, the complaint alleges.
The suspect possessed the drugs “with intent to sell,” the complaint states.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. A man from Port Richmond was caught by police allegedly selling drugs in the afternoon on the street in West Brighton.
James Hawkins, 41, of Cottage Place, was arrested after he exchanged two twists of cocaine for cash at the intersection of Broadway and South Street on May 7 at about 3:40 p.m., according to the criminal complaint.
The arrest was based on a Narcotics Borough Staten Island investigation.
The suspect has been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Cops: Early-morning raid nets heroin, crack cocaine hidden in closet

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Police found heroin and crack cocaine in a bedroom when they raided the home of a man who previously sold drugs to an undercover officer, authorities allege.
Milton Stilley, 36, was arrested when officers armed with a search warrant stormed his home on Jersey Street near Hendricks Avenue in New Brighton on April 14 at about 6 a.m., according to the criminal complaint and police.
Officers say they seized a variety of illegal items from a bedroom.
They recovered a plastic zipper bag of crack cocaine and a yellow plastic zipper bag containing heroin in a closet, and on a table next to the bed, they found cocaine residue on two scales, a glass bowl and a clear container, according to the complaint.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Cops raided an apartment in Huguenot, where they allege they found a loaded gun and ammunition stored in a TV stand and illegal drugs including oxycodone, crack cocaine and Ecstasy stashed in a mud room.
Man allegedly sold Fentanyl to undercover cop; raid nets drugs in home of man, woman

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. Authorities raided a home in New Brighton and found cocaine and heroin after a man who lives there allegedly sold dangerous Fentanyl to an undercover officer.
Larry Browning, 58, and Nikia Lejoe, 45, were in their bedroom where the stash was discovered when police executed a search warrant at their home on Cassidy Place on April 8 at about 6 a.m., according to the criminal complaint based on a Narcotics Borough Staten Island investigation.
The criminal complaint alleges that officers confiscated glassine envelopes filled with heroin. Crack cocaine was piled on a plate and stored in various containers including plastic zipper bags and twists. A sedative, Alprazolam marked “G3721,″ allegedly was found in the bedroom along with films of opioid-treatment drugs Buprenorphine and Naloxone.
