Police were called at 11.43am with reports of an incident in Albany Road, before officers located a girl on St James Street where it is alleged an officer was assaulted, sustaining a head injury. A 16-year-old girl from Ryde has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, and three counts of possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. She was remanded in custody to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court this morning.

A roadside test found that he had 109 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood - the legal limit is 80 milligrammes. The 48-year-old pleaded guilty to the drink driving offence which happened on December 18, 2019. Appearing before Portsmouth Magistrates Court last Friday where he was given a 12 month driving ban and fined £120. Johns, of Silver Birch Way, Whiteley, must pay a £32 victim surcharge and £250 court costs.

A woman has admitted to court posting revenge porn of her partner on Facebook to “out and embarrass” him after discovering he’s bisexual.
Rachel Dujon, 35 from Fareham, Hampshire, confessed she shared explicit images of her ex-boyfriend and screenshots of his online chats with men on her public Facebook account as part of a campaign to humiliate him.
Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court heard the pair had met in December 2019, lived together and planned to marry. But Dujon posted her partner’s naked selfies online on 9 September, 2020 after a “male mutual friend” told her that her partner was bisexual and speculated he was living with HIV.
