New details are starting to emerge about entry-level models for Jeep and Alfa Romeo.
According to sources who talked to Automotive News Europe, a new Jeep based on PSA’s Compact Modular Platform will go into production in Poland next summer.
Little is known about the vehicle at this point, but it will reportedly be a small crossover that uses PSA engines. The model could also be offered with an electric powertrain as well as an all-wheel drive system that uses a rear-mounted electric motor.

The Jeep will reportedly be followed by a CMP-based Alfa Romeo crossover in January of 2023. It’s slated to slot beneath the upcoming Tonale and could potentially be called the Brennero.
